TalentDrive will be sponsoring the 2008 HR Technology Conference on October 15-16. This marks HR Technology's 11th annual conference which will take place at Chicago's McCormick Place. The conference's main focus for this year is Talent Management, Web 2.0, and Workforce Analytics/Planning. Talent Management is said to be one of HR's biggest global problems.
According to HR Technology the conference has doubled again in the last three years. Last year's 10th annual conference broke a record for attendees at all HR Technology conferences.
