Dear Jim,

I liked your report...but its too good to be true. In a market place where there are thousands vying for a position in good organizations; I would find it nearly impossible for the HR dept of any organization to follow the " Art of Woo".
But I agree, such a company would definitely attract my attention.

I also would like to add a point that " the Art of Woo" should not be limited to the interview or recruitment process alone. We really dont want divorces in the employee-organization marriage. It has to be an on going process quite like your example of marriage.
